Australia Wide Shipping and Delivery Information
Most orders are shipped from our Gold Coast warehouse within 48-72 hours from order receipt on weekdays (Monday - Friday) however some products may take up to 30 days subject to production timelines and stock availability.
We ship Australia wide and aim to deliver your order as promptly as possible. Delivery times vary subject to carrier. Once an order has been passed onto the carrier we have no control over the order.
You will receive an email notification from the carrier with a tracking number and delivery details. Please note, some carriers will require you to sign for your delivery. If you are not available during delivery hours you will be liable to pay any re-delivery or out of hours delivery fees. Currently, most freight services are operating with contactless delivery as standard so please provide your shipping details with this in mind.
Should your purchase be deemed as undeliverable and returned to our warehouse, you may be charged with return postage and a 20% restocking fee.

We currently accept international orders online under 10kg which are shipped via Australia Post. Please allow 1-3 working/business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Delivery times vary subject to location - for all major cities please allow 5-10 working/business days.
We currently do not accept international orders over 10kg via the online store. If you would like to purchase anything over this amount, please contact us at email@example.com for a delivery quote and to place an order.
Mainfreight is the carrier service we use for standard palletised freight and full truck load deliveries. Orders that exceed a certain cubic volume or 33kg weight will usually be packed on wrapped pallets so they can be safely transported and tailgate unloaded. Anything over 2.5m in length is packed onto separate pallets and will need to be hand unloaded as they will not fit on tailgates.
To ensure there is someone to attend the delivery, the Mainfreight truck driver will call ahead to arrange an appropriate time for you to receive your order. You must be available at the agreed time. If the driver arrives and you are not available, a redelivery fee may be passed on to you.
The driver will offload the pallet/s in the safest possible location - usually roadside, in a driveway or loading dock. They do not deliver pallets directly inside your facility. To be most prepared to receive your order, we suggest you organise your own forklift or pallet jack to move the pallets as needed. Mainfreight are not responsible for unpacking your order or for any rubbish removal (including the pallets).
