AlphaFit equipment may be covered under 'back-to-base' warranty for material workmanship or defects subject to product and time period. Back-to-base warranty means that you will need to cover the costs of returning the goods to us and we will cover the cost of sending them back to you.
The warranty period is as of the date of purchase. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage. The warranty does not cover improper use or products not being maintained properly. All 'Australian Made' steel products are covered by a 10 year warranty with a 1 year warranty on coating.
Non-AlphaFit branded products will be covered by the specific company's warranty policy.
We attempt to update the online warranty information as frequently as possible however AlphaFit reserves the right to change warranty details at any time. Please contact head office or your representative for the most up to date policy.

How to lodge a warranty claim
To return or exchange an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your request. If you are eligible for a claim, you will be sent a Returns Form which you will need to return completed with product images if the items.
PLEASE NOTE: Do not send back a product without including your Product Return Form as it will not be processed. If you require further information on our returns policy, please call 1300 257 428.

In some circumstances the product may need to be sent back for further investigation before warranty is approved. Please allow 3-5 working/business days for your claim to be processed.
