It's now time to step up to the AlphaFit Elements Speed Rope. The Elements Speed Rope is made of tangle-free, nylon sheathed metal cable and is designed for speed through the air. The ball bearing loaded handles create friction-free turn over and maximise your rotations per second. Once you have mastered the basics, you won't believe the difference the Elements Speed Rope will make to your skipping performance.

Training with a skipping rope can be as varied as a simple warm up to cardio fitness and HIIT training. Make skipping a regular part of your program to improve agility, proprioception and coordination.

Be sure to adjust your Elements Speed Rope to the optimum length before first use. To fit to size, use the included Allen key to loosen screw on end. Cut to desired length (eg. rope ends reach armpits while cable runs under your feet) tighten screw and replace rubber end cover.
