The 3" Soft Block Pair includes a pair of 3" foam blocks.

AlphaFit Soft Blocks allow athletes to increase their weightlifting performance by allowing athletes to solely focus on the top part of the lift, such as the 'jerk' when performing a clean and jerk. Other exercises the soft box can be used for are deadlifts when performing rack-pulls (allowing you to lift a heavier weight in a slightly higher position) or to focus on training the squat when performing a snatch. Provided they are placed on a non-slip surface, AlphaFit’s Soft Blocks can also be used for plyometric training. They are a favourite in many gyms and training facilities because the soft edge reduces the athletes’ fear, particularly in beginners, of catching their shins against a hard surface.
